main account perm banned

its been almost a month i don't know what else to do . i really don't want to lose everything i have on that account. please someone help i cant contact enforcement i already did my case review.

Contact support again.They have to open an unauthorised access case if you believe you account has been compromised,don't take no for an answer.

I need your help so that they can give me an answer to my next situation. Today a few hours ago I was playing with my profile after a few hours of having disconnected I try to connect and tells me that my account has been suspended. I am aware that my account
had a wake-up call so I no longer interacted in a way to communicate with other people so that they would not sanction me. But they sanctioned me even so despite the fact that I am no longer with anyone. I want to know why because other people if they send
me messages of insults attack me inside the games so I would like that they could review my case please. Since it is a 9-year account with you and consuming games to suspend me for misunderstandings.

Hey so I submitted a case review the thing is I thought it was my gf I talked to her about it and it wasn't. It was somebody from California. I went on my account and on security and privacy and clicked on see my recent location I saw someone signing into
my account from safari guessing they were using an iPhone I didn't give my info out to anyone but my gf. it shows the person was on my account on that day and time I got banned. Please I'm telling you it wasn't me someone was on my account doing that I wanted
to report it myself. I just bought an xbox one S and I have so much things on that account for a game I play smite. I don't deserve this ban I literally didn't do anything. I don't want to lose everything. Please unban me and help me put security on my account
so this doesn't happen again. My gamertag is Minds. This was my first post and got ignored. I don't know what else to do.
