Main account cannot post on forums?

My main account is unable to post on the forums and has been for a long while now. First time I checked I initially thought the forums were down but came on yesterday and the same error still arose.

Error: forums.xbox.com says: failed to submit new post (or something along the lines of that)

help?

Cannot sign in on my main profile, beta related

Hi all,

I saw in the Beta FAQ that if I can't post there I need to post here.

This is not my main profile. I am signed in here because I cannot sign in to xbox.com (and therefore the forums) with my main microsoft account/gamertag.

Last week I installed the beta. Yesterday I changed the Microsoft Account with my main gamer tag (Senior Chupon). I am able to log in on my xbox, windows 8 tablet, windows phone. I can earn achievements and view my download history. I cannot download new
items even if they are free (demos, etc).

Is this is a beta related issue or just a problem with changing my microsoft account?

Unwanted Account

Accounts cannot be deleted.

Just change the email address on the TotherGnu970 account.

That will free your email address so you can use it on your main account.

Aside from creating this gamertag to post on the forums, what other troubleshooting have you done to get signed in?

Once you post back with that, we'll look into what you're running into and see if we can get you fixed up!

since banned accounts or consoles cannot access Live anymore you will not be able to update, if it is the console that is banned you will have to buy a new console, if it is the account that is banned you will have to get a new account. to find out why
you were banned post in the account suspension forum for the account or the console banned threads near the bottom of the main page.

Same here in NZ... been on chat with MS they had no idea suggest I post in forums.

I can buy the DLC no problems but cannot grab the main game

Patience? It has been around a year and a half and now your telling me your short on developers? I'm sorry if I sound a little angry but what about a year ago? Were you short then, It wouldn't be that bad if you actually told me what was wrong in the first
place (if you even know). I would actually like to access the forums for when my Xbox one comes but I highly doubt that will happen.
