Main account banned - Creating a new account

Hi, I'm using Xbox on Windows 10. I have a banned account - I'm not trying to appeal this, I made a dumb move and got it banned through my own actions.

However, I was told by the enforcement staff on my case that I would be able to create a new account and continue playing so long as I abide by the terms of service on the new account. This is great, but upon creating a new account it worked fine for a few
days and is now suddenly inaccessible. I receive the error 0x8015DC03 when signing into the Xbox app, which according to API documentation is for an enforcement ban. I have checked the Enforcement hub on the new account and it says it is in good standing with
no restrictions.

I was planning on purchasing Forza Horizon 4 on the new account but am holding off from this decision until I know I can play it without any issues. I do have a ticket open for discussion on the Enforcement hub but that system works in a weird way where
you're unable to add questions/statements until the case has been reviewed and updated so I'm unable to add more info to it for the time being.

Is there any way I can play on the new account as I was told I would?

What happens to your games if you get banned on an XB One

that is the same as it is now, if you manage to break the rules so badly its a lifetime account ban you loose everything jn that account.

for a modified console its the console that is banned, I think you have to involved in active game code hacking or account phishing or other be involved in nasty completely ruin live for others areas to get a perm ban for your actual gamer account, hey are never clear on why accounts are banned tho

 

Is it suspicious or normal

This smells like a banned fish creating a new account and jumping back in the COD tank.

Thanks, I'll give it a go now. Oddly enough I couldn't find the live chat option when I looked before making this thread.

 

If it is an enforcement issue, contacting support won't help as they don't have any access to that.

If you do want to chat with support, choose account in step 1 then Other in the next step for the chat option to appear.

 

could be a console ban in which case you will not be able to do anything for that. I would still talk with enforcement/support to find out.
