    Hi, i got my first reward ($5 USD Prepaid Card) but didn't get the second one ($10 USD Prepaid Card) by mail. Can you help me ? (GT : Michapx7).

    Gold subscription does not except prepaid cards.edit

    Doesn't trust banks or credit card companies. Tries to use their pre-paid cards.

    I fear for this person's future when they try to buy a house with no credit. Maybe they are rich and will just buy it out right with their mattress money.

    As for a solution to your problem, use your prepaid card from a company you don't trust to buy a 12-month or 3-month Xbox Live Gold card from the store.

    Haven't received Vault reward yet

    Hi. I think it's been 2 weeks already since I spent my gems on a Vault reward, a $25 Visa prepaid card. However, I still haven't received it on my e-mail account.

    Honestly, if you're paying $10 a month your ripping yourself off. It's so easy to get gold much cheaper with prepaid cards (or free through Microsoft Rewards).

    Microsoft Rewards support will not be able to assist since they were completely separate from the Xbox Rewards program. If it was the Visa prepaid cards, you would need to contact support for Prepaid
    Digital Solutions     since the cards were actually given by them. When Rewards support was available, they could only assist in the event that you didn't receive the card at all.
