Mail Notification

Discus and support Mail Notification in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; My Xbox.com profile says I have 1 message in my inbox. When I go to mail there is nothing there.     Mail Notification


    My Xbox.com profile says I have 1 message in my inbox. When I go to mail there is nothing there. The same notification does not show on X1, 360, or smart glass. Anyone ever experience this? I also checked to see if it was a friend request but no new requests.

    Free Killer Instinct or even Xbox One for "dedicated Xbox Gamers"

    It's basically saying what we were told in the email. The first mail is the notification you are getting KI and that you will receive another mail on the 22nd on how to redeem it.

    Hi Marley! Actually, YES, I have had this happen before, and it's very confusing! Don't worry, though, you're not missing a message or anything. It appears to be a glitch on the website, because I've had exactly what you describe - 1 new message showing
    on Xbox.com, even though no other system shows any new messages. I've even gone so far as to go directly to Xbox.com and click through EVERY single message, just to trigger it that I've read all messages, but it still shows 1 unread.

    So, long story short, it IS something that happens from time to time, and I know the engineers are aware of it!

    why do i never get emails from replys to ANY post i make???

    Actually I think there is a problem with instant e-mail notifications at the moment.

    -

    I have all my settings set for e-mail notification and I even have two forums set for automatic notification (meaning I don't have to hit the subscribe button at the top) and until about 2 weeks ago it was working beautifully and then it just stopped.

    I think the forums are broken again.

    Purchased Xbox One last week. Now hearing about KI codes that could have possibly been sent out - might have deleted e-mail

    That would be true had 2 other friends who got their codes via e-mail never received a notification via gamertag, they just seen the e-mail by accident and checked it. Still waiting on a Xbox Support employee
