    I bought a 5000 v bucks card from QFC and when I redeemed it on the fortnite.com/vbucks I did t get the Gmail that has the code that allows me to get the v buck on my Xbox

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you with your concern.

    As I have checked on the Epic games website it should be visible on the same page after you choose "Xbox" as the platform where you wanted to redeem the code.

    Kindly try redeeming the code again but with the help of this link from Epic games:

    Did you receive the code via e-mail? If so, can you share the e-mail with all personal information edited out? Please make sure not to share the code, as anyone can see it on these forums.
    I received the code via mail, as it came with the controller itself. There was a card that the code came on.

    You will probably get the code some days before Dark Souls 3's release, or the E-Mail with the Dark Souls 1 Download Code maybe have been placed in your junk mail folder. Please check the Junk Mail Folder
