Mahjong won't load

I have the same problems, I cant play mahjong daily, I have missed a lot of games for june

Ik kan mijn mahjong app niet starten en/of verwijderen. De app lijkt beschadigd en wil niet verwijderd worden.

Alle hints van MosieurV3rt zijn uitgevoerd, maar dit heeft niet geholpen.

Wat kan ik nu nog doen??

Unfortunately, this appears to be an issue with how your Windows is handling certain types of files. This explains why none of our fixes have worked either. As much as I hate to do this, at this point you'll need to contact the experts over at Windows support

I have been having the same problem for a month now also. I have uninstalled the app, restarted the PC, re-installed and it will load for THAT DAY. The next day still no luck. It just goes down to the taskbar and nothing. WHAT can be done with this?
I also have to do the same thing with the MS Solitaire Collection. EVERY DAY. HELP!

I have gone to MS Support and they can't help either unless I buy some support thing. What a bunch of bull. They know the problem is in my registry but won't help unless I pay. Now what??

I have the same issue. Both MS Mahjong and Solitaire work for a day maybe two and then won't load. They try to, but then just reverts back to the Windows 8.1 main screen. I tried resetting the registry for them and they worked again, but then discovered
that MS Office had issues. I received the " Word could not create the work file. Check the Temp environment variable" error message. It seems to be a conflict between values set for user Cache in User Shell Folders in Regedit. MS Office uses "%USERPROFILE%/AppData/Local/Microsoft/Windows/Temporary
Internet Files" and the value for MS Mahjong & Solitaire uses the actual user name instead of "%USERPROFILE%". So, it would seem MS needs to fix this???? Maybe be wrong, but by changing the values in the user cache one works but the other doesn't depending
on the value typed for 'user name'. Anyone have thoughts on this??

My Mahjong won't load either. All its doing is the little tile going around and around. Says its loading but it isn't.

I have all current updates and for some reason the Xbox games will not load daily challenges and Mahjong won't start at all.

Disappointed this month tom see how many daily challenge games on Mahjong would not load. I have noticed this before with Mahjong.

I have been having problems w/the Microsoft Mahjong game. The game won't load so I can't play the game. I looked for

updated and there was none. I have windows 8 .I did try to download windows 8.1,there was too many problems causing

virus and bugs. I went to the office store and was told because it's a free download 8.1 there are going to be problems.

They said I should buy the full version for $299.00.Need help w/Mahjong game still not loading.

Same issue for both Mahjong and Wordament -- but interesting that my iPod won't connect to Worament either -- so maybe some system wide problem. Hey, maybe they will fix the lost points, coins, etc in Mahjong!! I won't hold my breath...
