Mahjong problems and no update showing

Discus and support Mahjong problems and no update showing in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I unistalled my mahjong game before finding all these threads about the problems.     Mahjong problems and no update showing


    I unistalled my mahjong game before finding all these threads about the problems. I then uploaded the Microsoft mahjong game this evening and began playing the daily challenge. The first game in the 3 challenges that I picked to play did fine. However when
    I chose the second game it would never load...just kept saying loading. I then found this page and tried to find an update as the Microsoft update showed but it is not showing any updates (I suspect because I just installed the game). I have also deleted my
    window cache as suggested on another thread. Any suggestions? Thanks. I love the Mahjong games and especially the daily challenges so it has been frustrating to not be able to play them. This has been going on just this month.

    Sing in problems since latest update

    My problems started with a windows update, not an upgrade. I have all the Mahjong updates, also.

    Login problems

    Same here, also have no problems with Solitaire, Mahjong and Minesweeper.

    Mahjong problems and no update showing

    The update can only help users with Windows 8.1, so if your computer is running Windows 8 then unfortunately no help is offered to you for now. I believe thousands of users are suffering the same pain so you're definitely not alone.

    I have never, ever said that there is no help coming to Windows 8.0 users. In fact, I have said exactly the opposite. We are working on a fix for 8.0. Please be aware that PaltryAmoeba564 is not a representative of Microsoft.

    I have never, ever said that there is no help coming to Windows 8.0 users. In fact, I have said exactly the opposite. We are working on a fix for 8.0. Please be aware that PaltryAmoeba564 is not a representative of Microsoft.
