Mahjong problem

Discus and support Mahjong problem in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I have windows version 6.2 build 9200 on Toshiba satellite L875 lap top.     Mahjong problem


    I have windows version 6.2 build 9200 on Toshiba satellite L875 lap top. On 3rd Feb 2014 yesterday the problem started - it only affect the Mahjong game. On completion of the game having pressed for the reward the be added to my monthly score the rotating
    tablet page sticks and the program does not continue. I have tried the resetting options, closing the computer, and it does not resolve. The problem was repeated again today. It happens with the third of the three games of the day the first two record the
    data properly but the third does not. Can you help?
