    Mahjong not working


    I play Mahjong every day, have done so for many years. Now, all of a sudden, I cannot access it. It says it cannot donwload it. I have deleted it and then reinstalled it, but to no effekt. Is the problem with you or with my computer?

    Mahjong not working

    I have not been able to get into mahjong for 3 days. It allows me to go to the daily challenge and select an option then it goes to a white screen and wont go any further.

    Received Error Code 101_107-1 at Mahjong .

    What is the Error Code 101_107-1 at Mahjong meaning ? Unable to access Mahjong. Not working. Can u please help me and fix this, thank You very much.

    There was an update last week that included some more achievements, among other things. If you go to the

    Microsoft Mahjong     page in the Windows Store, are you able to redownload the game there? This might work better than if you are going to your purchase history in the Store. Let us know if that works out for you! Mahjong not working :)

    The Daily Challenges Megathread

    The Challenges on Mahjong worked today, Feb. 17th. It was a surprise again and nice when they all work. Hope the solution to this glitch comes soon and the solution works for good. I still wonder why only the Mahjong game is having this trouble. Taptiles
    and Solitaire are working fine. I'd think they all run with the same system setup and can't understand why it's just the Mahjong game going all screwy.

    Solitaire & Casual Games freezes after launched.

    UPDATE!! I rebooted my PC, after the previous installation of Microsoft Mahjong, launched Microsoft Mahjong and opened OK. I launched Solitaire & Casual Games from within Mahjong, and it opened OK! It didn't work before the reboot, but now it did. Thank you!! I already closed and opened Solitaire & Casual Games and it continues working fine.

    Microsoft Solitaire & Casual Games don't work since few days on PC ( and I'd payed for it!)

    Go to the Store and install another Microsoft game. Like Mahjong or Jigsaw.

    Start that game and when you are logged in to Xbox Live, start Solitaire while leaving the Mahjong or Jigsaw game open.

    Worked for me.
