    Games I have played virtually everyday for years have stopped working. Don't load, even main intro screen disappears, have tried to research support but getting nowhere

    Now I can't even click into Mahjong, Minesweeper, Solitaire, or Taptiles because my developer license has expired??????????

    3 achievements for 40G. Where is the rest?

    Title explains it all. Taptiles got an update a few weeks after the release. Minesweeper followed up a year later. Will Solitaire (and Mahjong) also get the normal 200G? Would be nice. mahjong, minesweeper, solitaire coll and taptiles :)

    Hey there!

    I'm sorry to hear about the issue. I'm not sure what troubleshooting steps you've tried already so if I cover things you've already tried, I apologize.

    First thing you'll want to do is check that your PC is fully updated to the latest version of Windows 10. Next, you'll want to restart your PC and try loading the games again. If that doesn't work, try

    reinstalling     each of the games individually. If you're still experiencing issues, can you try logging into the games using a different Windows 10 PC and let us know what happens then?

    Work through that and let us know how it goes!

    Achievements not being obtained

    Yes, I am always logged in when playing the games. It is set to automatically log me in.

    I have Mahjong, Taptiles, Minesweeper & Solitaire installed. Minesweeper is the only one I'm having issues with regarding Achievements. I have uninstalled it and re-installed it, this did not fix my problem.

    Having the same problem In the last few days with both Mahjong & Solitaire. Solitaire was working & Taptiles wasn't. Now Solitaire won't work, but Taptiles does.

    I am also having this problem on my surface rt, when I try any of my Microsoft game apps (minesweeper, taptiles, mahjong, solitaire and wordwise), they just hang on the splash screen.

    I've tried rebooting, restarting, & having nothing else running.
