    Message 101-107-1. gotten repeatedly when I try to play MahJong. No issues with other games on the Xbox. I have tried the suggested fixes and no better.

    Mahjong issues

    This is a great game and I have played it virtually every day since January. A couple of points:

    1. Sometimes it will jump back to the Windows Start screen for no reason - this is VERY annoying if I have almost completed a difficult level!

    2. The tiles in the Daily Challenge are not quite as good looking as the ones in the regular games.

    3. Having played it virtually every day, I no longer need reminders to complete the 3 puzzles to get a bonus.

    To resolve your concern, you can follow the steps below:



    Method 1. Run the Windows Update Troubleshooter from this link  to fix update errors.

    Method 2. Make sure that your Firewall or anti-virus is not blocking the app. To check your firewall settings, you can refer to this link: Turn
    Windows Firewall on or off    . 

    Method 3. Clear Windows Store cache. 

    1. Press Windows key + X on your keyboard. 
    2. Click on Command prompt (Admin). 
    3. Type wsreset.exe, and then hit Enter. 
    If you are still experiencing the same issue, please refer to this
    link     for further solutions.

    microsoft solitaire error 101_107_1

    This only occurs for mahjong. No other microsoft account elements are affected (office 365, solitaire, sudoku) so the issue isn't in Win 10, its in Mahjong.

    Another option to resolve the issue that was recommended by the MCG Team is:

    • Install Microsoft Mahjong from the Microsoft Store
    • Start the Mahjong game

    Now its possible to start Solitaire once again!
