    Mahjong Freezing or kicked out ??


    Hello there is there somebody from support ?

    Can somebody fixed this great problem !!!!!

    During playing daily challenges your kicked out suddenly or the screen is freezing for couple of minutes.

    When you have to play on time it is not possible anymore why ? :-(((

    This problem is now for several days / weeks so can somebody do something about this pls

    When your busy with finding pairs and clicking on it suddenly your kicked out or worse the screen freezed and nothing is responding anymore. While waiting for several minutes suddenly there is a small response but the time is then ofcourse further.

    By playing on time to solve a thing its not funny because your not able to solve it in time.

    So can somebody fixed this problem asap

    Mahjong is Freezing all the time ????????

    By the daily challenges in Microsoft Mahjong the screen is freezing all the time. ?????

    When your doing your daily challenges you're kicked out or the screen is freezing so you can't play out your daily challenges.

    Sometimes the screen is freezed for copple of minutes or your in the middle and then your suddenly kicked out ?????

    Specialy when you have to play on time to solve a thing it is not possible anymore :-((((((

    Can somebody do something about this pls pls pls

    This is not quit normal I think.

    Pls fixed this asap

    Thought it was just me, but see I'm not alone

    I am having the same problem with freezing and being kicked out. Usually happens during daily challenges. It also happens in Microsoft Solitaire during timed events. It's very discouraging.

    As far as parties and the blackscreen. Is there a error code you receiving when you are kicked out of a party?

    No not yet it only seems to be when playing with friends in a party

    On fifa for example i can do be a pro drop in matches with strangers perfectly fine but playing a pro clubs game or a drop in game with a friend it freezes black screen then bumps me to the dashboard

    Hello @ImmaJhit, I hope everything is going well!

    Thank you for reaching Microsoft Xbox Forum support!

    I would like you to go through the following steps to clear the Mac address and then perform a quick power cycle on your console:

    Settings > Network Settings > Advanced Settings > Alternate Mac Address > Clear it and the console should restart. It would definitely help if you could restart the internet router while the console is restarting.

    After going through the troubleshooting steps mentioned, I invite you to perform a quick power cycle by turning off the console and then unplugging all the cables. After 2 to 3 minutes, re-plug them back again, then restart your console.

    In case the issue still persists, the next step would be to perform a reset on the console. To do so you will need to follow the steps below to perform a reset on the Xbox:

    Settings > System > Console Info > Reset This Xbox > Reset and Keep my Games and Apps.

    Note =>The "Reset and Keep my Games and Apps" option will not cause losing your games, but please be aware that you need to be completely aware of the email address as well as the password of your account before going for it because it will require you to sign in to the account.

    Last Update has Ruined The Game

    I quite agree with you. Jigsaw is the only game that freezes. No problem with Sudoku or Mahjong. Also jigsaw takes a long time to load!
