    Mahjong freezes, mouse not responding, have to restart after each game


    What could cause these problems with Mahjong. Love the game but the board freezes when selecting tiles, the mouse becomes unresponsive and it sounds like new games are loading after completing one game but I get error on the screen and can't reach the internet.
    Microsoft Edge is running at the time. Very frustrating, HELP.

    Mahjong won't load

    Originally, Mahjong got stuck in a specific game and would not start another game. After troubleshooting I uninstalled Mahjong. Now, when I try to reinstall it says I already own it and when I select Mahjong, it just says pending and won't download. I
    have done all the updates and restarts and even though I have the Mahjong tile, it is stuck in pending mode.

    what is wrong with mahjong game that causes mouse to go slow or squrrely?????

    my mouse acts so stupid in mahjong game now slow won't connect to letters like its squirrely doesn't act that way in other apps ???????

    Hi there,

    I'm sorry to hear that the game is not opening properly. I would recommend restarting your computer with a

    clean boot     and then after it restarts I would recommend re-installing the game as this is generally a troubleshooting step you should attempt if the game is closing after you try to launch it.

    i have clear the cache like you said above and it still freezing and now there an update that shows up when i put in . it downloads the update then disappears and each time i restart the xbox after it freezes the up date pops up again
