Mahjong error 101_107_1

Discus and support Mahjong error 101_107_1 in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I have completed all updates, uninstalled and reinstalled the program, restarted my computer and it still won't let me play, not even offline....     I have completed all updates, uninstalled and reinstalled the program, restarted my computer and it still won't let me play, not even offline.

    I am TRYING to do the Microsoft Mahjong Daily Challenge, but keep getting Error Code 101_107_1. Suggestions?

    Advice to have a look in Mahjong FAQ for the error code 101_107_1 is quite useless.
