Mahjong deluxe

That's how it should work but sometimes for whatever reason things don't go as they should- which often happens when it comes to computers. =D Try this & let me know if it doesn't work for you:

1. Press the Windows key.
   
2. Find the icon for the app. Right click on it. This will bring up a menu at the bottom of the screen.
   
3. Choose Uninstall from the menu
   
4. Go to the Windows Store. Make sure you are logged in by going to Settings in the charm bar on the right and click on Your Account. This should show your account.
   
5. Download the app from the Windows Store.

I understand that you are experiencing issues with the ads from the game Mahjong.

Be guided that this is a public community forum, so we are players like you, we are not employees of Microsoft or Xbox, so we do not have access to any user account or check anything from the forum. All users help each other with common problems.

Please verify your subscription status by checking if the Deluxe ad-free version is still active. Visit Microsoft Account Services: https://account.microsoft.com/services/ and log in with the account you used for the purchase. Confirm that the Mahjong Deluxe subscription is listed and active.

If incase it shows as expired or inactive, it means there is an issue with it's renewal.

And then launch Microsoft Mahjong and look for a Restore Purchases option in the settings or main menu. This feature can resync your account with the Deluxe version. If it doesn’t work, ensure that you are signed into the same Microsoft account used for the subscription.

Next is to clear the app cache instead. To do this, navigate to Settings > Apps > Microsoft Mahjong > Advanced Options and select Reset. This clears temporary data without affecting your saved progress.

Disappointed this month tom see how many daily challenge games on Mahjong would not load. I have noticed this before with Mahjong.

This only occurs for mahjong. No other microsoft account elements are affected (office 365, solitaire, sudoku) so the issue isn't in Win 10, its in Mahjong.
