Discus and support MahJong 'Currently not available on your account' in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; This error message popped up yesterday, error code 0x803f8001.     This error message popped up yesterday, error code 0x803f8001. Has anyone any idea what's going in? Other xbox games are unaffected.

    Thanks for the replies, I uninstalled it then reinstalled it and it seems to be OK now!

    Good to know, will give that another try since earlier this morning I had not much luck with that.

    Edit: and yes I confirm this time it has worked.

    This specific error code occurs when you launch a game or an app on your Xbox. Here is a link to the error code: Error code 0x803f8001

    Please try all of the solutions and see if that helps.
    I'm afraid it won't help much. I've seen different reports of this issue (the casual game community, Facebook, here on the forum) about this, and I have the same issue myself also with Sudoku so I do believe it is a more general issue with some of the MS
    casual games. Was not able to find official info though.
