Mahjong Audio broken - please fix!

I've been playing XBox Mahjong on my Windows 8 laptop since I got it for Christmas 2012. For the last few days, the audio of the game has clearly been broken so I am reporting it in the hope that it will be fixed. The current situation makes playing the
game very unpleasant.

In a nutshell, there are two problems with the audio. As soon as I start playing the first of the three daily challenges (I usually play them from left to right so this is the leftmost one), the audio essentially cuts out and then stays silent until I've
finished the first challenge. That's not so bad and I can live with it, although it is clearly broken.

The other problem begins when I start the second of the daily challenges. At the start of that game, I get the little flourish that always happens when you start a game but it repeats OVER and OVER and OVER and OVER for the entire game instead of just playing
once and then going to the normal music that plays during the game.

I play the Mahjong daily challenges every day and this problem began three or four days back. For the first few days, I think the repeating loop only happened on the second game and was then gone for the third game but today, it persisted for both the second
and third games.

There doesn't seem to be any way to report this kind of thing from within the game - there really SHOULD be! - so I'm hoping this is the right place to post this. If it isn't, perhaps an administrator can move my post to the appropriate part of the forum
so that it comes to the attention of the developers who can fix this. It's REALLY annoying to have to hear this short sound looping over and over and over again.

The last time I saw a problem with the Mahjong Daily Challenges was a couple of months back when I simply couldn't access the page that listed the medals I'd won in previous months. That problem persisted for many weeks. Every time I tried to check those
previous medals, the game would crash. I'm hoping this audio issue isn't going to take nearly so long to fix. Perhaps the other problem was so slow to fix because no one reported it since it isn't obvious how to report problems with these games.

What is the Error Code 101_107-1 at Mahjong meaning ? Unable to access Mahjong. Not working. Can u please help me and fix this, thank You very much.

 

I play this on my surface and I haven't had those problems but i'll pass your concerns along so they can look in to it. Thanks.
