    Magnifier


    The magnifier is stuck. We’ve tried to hold in power button and then zoom in and out with LT and RT and it’s still very zoomed in.

    Also tried to hold in power button for 10 seconds then unplugged for 5 minutes then reboot and still zoomed in. It’s not the TV either. We’ve watched shows on it and the picture is fine. Any thoughts? Thank you

    Settings > Ease of Access > Magnifier > turn off Magnifier

    Go to settings>ease of access>Magnifier and uncheck the box where it says magnifier on.
