Magma Premium Pack

Purchased this add on for Call of Duty. I can use it when I play, but my son and husband cannot. Tried uninstalling and re-installing logged in as my son, but he still does not had the add on. Any suggestions? It was only 3.99, tried to purchase again
logged in as my son, says it is already purchased and installed. Help

Purchasing packs /don't work

Hello, looking for help with call of duty, advanced warfare. Purchased the lightening pack and magma premium pack, but not able to access them in the game. Any idea why?

 

Micro dlc problem

I am having the same issue with the lightning, magma, and creature premimum dlc packs. The season pass dlc and guns work for my 2nd gamertag just not thr camos

 

It sounds like it's tied to the account, and your son cannot purchase because it's already on the console.

Try this: on your account, go to Settings then Home Xbox and mark this console as your Home Xbox. Now other profiles should be able to play content you own, including this add-on.

Console already marked as Home Xbox, thanks. It's weird as I have purchased games and add ons before and never had a problem with my son getting them.
