Magic Jigsaw Puzzles

I use Magic Jigsaw Puzzles on a Windows 10 laptop, have for years now. Recently, it stopped saving the progress in the puzzles. When I go back into the puzzles, for instance a month of puzzles, it shows the progress bar. However, when I open that puzzle,
it will open as if it is the first time. I believe it is getting some kind of security error, but can't track it any further.

I usually just open it from the Windows tiles, but even tried opening via xbox and have the same issue.

Please help.

Why can't I play the puzzle of the day? An advert for Amazon Prime plays and then it freezes I can play other puzzles with Magic Jigsaws.

Hey there Harley, before I suggest uninstalling and reinstalling have you checked your systems memory? if you're playing on PC it could be due to lack of memory, if your memory is good i would recommend uninstalling the application and reinstalling, or you
can try to do a disc defragment on your PC. Hope this helps

Thanks for the quick reply. I am only using 60-something % of memory and the disk is not fragmented.

Thanks for the follow-up, I had not seen those faq-s, but nothing appears to apply to my issues.

 

Alright try a complete uninstall and reinstall that could fix the issue if you have not done so already.

 

Have you updated the game? See if that works.
