Okay this appears to be, (from multiple research & sources) that this is an on-going issue for the majority of players. The issue has been acknowledged by the developers and a patch should be expected. In the mean time I would recommend deleting the expansion
pack (DLC) if you have it, and then see if you can access the multiplayer then.

You may also want to try to clear your system cache and see if that helps. (Guide) Unfortunately, until the patch is released for the multiplayer I don't think
there is any guarantee that it will be up and running until that time comes. Sorry I could not be of more help, and apologies for any inconvenience.

did you try this exact order?

1. Delete the game (also be sure to check if there aren't any corrupt or incomplete files)

2. Clear the cache

3. Turn the console off and on again

4. Download the game.

If that doesn't help, try to redownload your profile. See this link on how to download your profile:

Not sure other people could play fine I did some research on it and it seems a lot of people have the issue

Olá A Mesma Coisa que acontece comigo também, comprei tudo abaixei tudo instalei tudo, mas o multiplayer não consigo jogar no Magic 2014 só no meu Fifa 14... Como posso resolver isso? eu já exclui e instalei o jogo novamente e nada....

Yeh it's nonsense with whatever is going on they need to get their act together but I doubt it will happen
