Magic 2013 Data Still being Erased

I sent Wizards an email explaining what was wrong:

Sooooo I recently got back onto Magic 2013 to find out all my data had disappeared for no reason at all which has seriously frustrated me because I have spent a lot of hours into the game playing and unlocking everything, literally thousands of games
played.

When I started up the game it appeared as it had refreshed anew with the questions asking if I am new to magic and the free deck key for returning from 2012 (which also did not appear as I've used it before) and on that subject all the keys I have previously
bought and paid money for have gone too.

Is their any chance you guys can compensate for this error/bug and send me some keys to at least get my decks back without having to sit through 630 games! Just to get back what I have already earned, I would highly appreciate this.

And basically they said it's an Xbox server problem so I came here and it seems many other people have had the same problems too for years and one can understand someone's frustration when it takes 630 wins to unlock all the cards... again, which can
take up to around 100+ hours. Also those who like me have paid for deck keys which are a one time consumable which have also vanished. Is there any way we can be compensated for this?

Multiplayer button not working >_<

I basically followed the instructions here and found them to work fine.

1. Delete everything under Settings->System->Storage->Hard Drive-> Games and Apps->Magic 2013

2. Queue up:

-Magic 2013

-Magic 2013 Multiplayer

-Magic 2013 Deck Pack #1 (free)

-Magic 2013 Deck Pack #2 (free)

-Magic 2013 Deck Pack #3 (free)

-Expansion Pack 1

3. Wait for everything to install before launching the game

4. Enjoy

 

Data Erased

Hi Crump35,

Sorry you're having issues getting your saved game data. First, I would suggest logging off all profiles on the console. THen logging back in. Start the game and see if it pulls the data. If it doesn't then exit the game immediately and don't start a mission.
After that I would suggest clearing the local save and pulling the latest one from the cloud. Follow the steps in this link for steps in deleting your local saves,
and more information on cloud saved games.
