Mafia III - Family Kick Back Pack problem

Today I got my copy of Mafia 3 from Best Buy, downloaded the Family Kick Back Pack via the code and everything seemed fine. I got to the part in the game where it is supposed to be accessible and I did not see the weapons. So, I checked my DLC and re-downloaded
when I saw the DLC said "pre-ordered." Upon going to the store to investigate it said the DLC wasn't available until 11/22/16? I checked around and have no seen anyone else have this problem, is there a solution?

See this post also on the forums. Many people including me are very frustrated with this pre order item not working. "Mafia III - Family Kick Back Pack problem" Spoke to microsoft supervisor who stated they would be contacting K2 to resolve this issue.

why is no one really making a big deal about this?? what's the point of pre ordering if you can't access it till a month after release!!! am really *** off about this....

 

Same problem here, it says: this product is installed. Available on 22/11/2016 01:00:00. I didn't pre-order for nothing. Please find a solution!

 

Same thing here, it is bloody annoying. I just hope they fix this issue.

 

Same here. Pre ordered from GameStop, entered the code, and nothing. I think the release date is set incorrectly. I highly doubt I'll even be playing this in a month with Dishonored 2 coming out, and the Dark Souls 3 DLC at the end of this month. Hopefully
they sort this out soon.

 

I opened a chat with a person from support. Dude said he will sent it to their "game experts" as to "what seems to be the case about this specific DLC". Not sure what good that will do, but we shall see..

 

Very disappointed in microsoft store CS. They told me it was a K2 problem and there was nothing they could do to help. REALLY? The issue is with the microsoft store. FIX YOUR PROBLEM!

 

I opened a support ticket with the game developer (K2) and they stated they are aware of the issue and are looking for a fix. They stated it is an xbox platform issue and advised the issue was within the store. Don't care for the passing the buck. As
a paying customer I want resolution. A partial credit to the store would also be nice for not having tested this prior to release date.

 

I agree. I feel like it's the "date available" causing the problem..pretty self explanatory.

 

Same here getting tired of this happening with xbox/Microsoft Store stop giving excuses and fix your crap store PS4 MAFIA DLC WORKS FINE... support says Un install blah blah hard reset blah blah just stop stalling and fix your problem

 

Just how long does this take to create a patch. Man, fix the problem. Poor form from both Microsoft and K2.

 

Sure would be nice in someone from microsoft actually cared enough to post here.
