    Made new account with gold, need help


    So i just made an account on xbox.com so i could play with some of my buddies,and got my free month of gold To make that happen. But unfortunately... i go on vacation in 3 days. And i will be gone for 2 weeks. Is their a possible way for me to get like a
    code or something to enter when i get back so i dont waste half my time on gold not using it? I would email support but i did not see an email option. And can not get to my phone at the moment, as i left it at a buddies house.

    Xbox Adult account accidently deleted

    Hi I have just got an Xbox one for X mas and I made account and it was all working
    I then bought gold and I was fine until I tried to buy a £35 giftcard (today) to buy the BO3 Season pass and I got the 35 on the console to buy it and when I tried to buy it of the store it said I wasn't allowed and I needed to change settings in online privacy and allow buying online
    turns out my brother had deleted the adult account and I can't get back on it as It is deleted I have tried creating new adult accounts but they wont work on allowing my account Sherbertlemons0 to buy stuff how do create a new account to be the adult of Sherbertlemons0 as it wont let me buy stuff
    please help me anybody as I have spent £75 this month on stuff for xbox and don't really want to create a new account what do I do and how can I create another new adult account for Sherbertlemons0???

    Cancel Gold Subscription off Old Account?

    Hi,

    I recently made this new account, and bought gold for it. On my old account, I was unaware that gold automatically renewed, and now I think I am paying for 2 gold accounts. The older account that has gold is an "underage account", so it automatically made
    a "parent" account, which does not have gold. I can't figure out how to login on this site with the "underage" account so I can cancel gold off of it.

    Can anyone please tell me how I can cancel the gold subscription from the old account? Any help is appreciated!

    Sorry, but no. It's not possible to pause or suspend a subscription after it's started.

    1 Month Gold w/ New Xbox 360 with existing Live account?

    It's only for new accounts that are made on the console.

    You will need to choose "Free Member" and then confirm it and then you will be given a month on Gold for free.

    Son plays on my Xbox with my Gold account but is now getting a second Xbox for when he's at his mom's house

    game progress is made in the cloud, so it will be available on every console that connects the account, as for Xbox Live Gold, your child needs access to their account on the new console and set this account as home xbox to access all your games and subscriptions
