    Made a wrong click and did not evaluate support assistant


    Hello,

    I just finished a chat with a support assistant that lasted 2 hours.

    When we finished, i clicked on the "End Chat" button, some questions popped up and behind those questions i could see that the assistant left another message but it was hidden by the survey...

    So i clicked on "Cancel" to see the message (which was only saying that i have to click on "End Chat" to properly quit the session) and i though i could make those survey pop back up by clicking again on "End Chat".

    But the button was now greyed out and the windows of the chat was in an infinite loop of loading because of the "connection lost" message.

    Now i feel bad about it because i said that i will do it but now i can't... I hope the survey wasn't this window (didn't see properly) but one that will be sent to my email... How bad is it?

    How to get a human at Microsoft for billing issues and help?

    Go to the contact site. Click billing under where it asks what you need help with. Click "no thanks" to the virtual assistant. Then click the topics until the "request a call from support" is shown under contact method. I just did other under payment and
    purchases and it gives the option for a call back.

    Google assistant support on a Microsoft device? That sounds so unlike google, and I don't think Google is going to do that? If Google actually enables assistant support on Xbox I'll start liking Google.

    I did try to call phone support. The person did not understand me and I had a worse time trying to listen and understand them. ChatCall does nothing.
