Made a purchase on the Microsoft marketplace and its not appearing on my Xbox 360

I'm logged to the same account on my console and Marketplace.

I have proof of purchase, the money was taken from my card but there no game appearing on my xbox 360.

My mistake. the game had the xbox 360 logo on the image but it seem to be only downloadable on the Xbox One.

Just lost 20$ on a stupid mistake.

contact xbox support and they can provde a refund more than likely

The only thing that came to my mind right now is that the game doesn't appear in your Xbox Series X because it was purchased in the old Xbox 360 marketplace and not using the Microsoft store / Xbox.com website

For Xbox 360 purchases made through the Xbox One console or through the Xbox Marketplace on Xbox.com, a credit card on file is required. Additionally, Microsoft Account currency cannot be used for Xbox 360 game purchases outside of the Xbox 360 console.
