Made a new account , can't access downloaded content.

MY account recently got banned. I can't go on it anymore totally gone. Now problem is I made a new xbox live account, I bought another season pass for call of duty black ops 3 , and I can not access my gobblegums on the system they have for zombies. I still
have all my digital games from the previous banned account which are all "digital games" . I don't know if it is set as my home xbox but i violated the policy agreement. So I just don't know why im not getting access to my extra content. thats a decent amount
of money ive spent .Im a bit fustrated anybody know whats going on> thanks so much "Devin"

DLC Issue

You can't transfer content between accounts. If you're still using the same console you had originally downloaded the content on, or have access to the account and can do a license transfer, you can still access the content with your new account.

Unable to access DLC's

I've recently sold my Xbox but am now using another, on here I've downloaded my old profile which I've used to download my old DLC's. However now I want to access these on a new profile thats not connected to xbox live, but can't. From here I transferred
the licence to my new Xbox from my old account thinking I can now access the content on my new profile, but still can't. Then I made my new profile connect to Xbox live on a silver account but still can't access the DLC's. What can I do?

Some.content is account specific like ingame items

Its only mappable and non account specific stuff that can be used by all profiles

As long as it is on the same console it was downloaded on, all the profiles on that console can access any content on the console.

Only the account that made the download can access it's download history.

Sorry, but if the content is no longer available in the marketplace there is no way to purchase it for the new account. Content licenses are tied to the gamertag that purchased (or downloaded) the content and the console it was purchased on. So you can't
move the license to your new account either.

A license transfer would move the console license to your new console and should allow you to access the content from your new account, but if you don't want to do a license transfer, then there is no other way.

It does work. I found out the hard way when I gave my son my older console and got a new one for myself and downloaded the new content.

I had to do a license transfer for the new console before others in my family could access the content on the new console.

@Mavxrick - if the old account and DLC was originally on another console that would be the reason you couldn't access the DLC on yours. A license transfer and then redownload of the content is how it can be made accessable by others.

Nothing can be transferred between accounts. If you still have access to the old account you can sign in to it on the console and then go to you download history and download what you need. From the dashboard go Settings>account>download history. Since
you have a new console you should do a license transfer first and then download what you are looking to put on the new console. Once the licenses are transferred to the console and the content is downloaded, your new account should have access to your purchased
content. While the new account will be able to access the content, it will still be tied to the old account.
