I Bought an Xbox ONE Console day !!! 12.17.2013,

DHL came again to remove the console day 10/14/2014.

This time your console returned the day 11/07/2014, UPSIDE DOWN, LOOSE IN A BOX LARGER THAN THE CONSOLE.

Also bought a wireless controller that presented excessive wear of the button A in just one week of use!, day 08/26/2014 , was removed by DHL day 29/09/2014.

Day 07/10/2014 sends me another control, this time the RB button does not work. waiting for DHL to come Remove the Product.

I invested over 1000 in real games for a video game that just does not work as it should.

I feel cheated by the exchange and technical assistance service.

assistance already keeps sending defective products.

Microsoft refuse to give technical support

The reason for my complaint: the company REFUSES to give technical assistance (paid, not guarantee) to my console. Microsoft is a global company and makes use of that reputation when it comes to delivering reliability to its customers, so use that feature
to boost your sales. If it sells the console in the country, it has to guarantee technical assistance, regardless of whether the same console is bought in another country (in a totally regular purchase, with exemption of taxes of import by the value of the
product and in authorized dealer). A good proof of this is that the company agrees to give warranty of that product purchased outside. But refuses to give technical assistance even paid.

If it chose to not have technical assistance in Brazil, but simply to exchange the product for a fee, it has to offer this to ALL users who have made regular purchases of her product in Brazil and in the World, because, as I said, IT IS A WORLDWIDE COMPANY.

 

Incompetent technical assistance

I contacted 3 times French assistance for a problem of restriction, I spend almost

an hour on your telephone services without anyone giving me a start of

an answer on my account problem, and you do not even call back not even the FREE technical service is more competent and concerned about its subscribers!

It's a shame for a group like Microsoft .......

I'm very sorry that you've experienced this. However, I'm afraid that you'll need to continue dealing with phone support about this. Be sure to explain to them that you have been continually sent defective products. Perhaps they'll put a note on your
account to be careful.
