Just to clarify, have you checked your Unopened Packs section in Madden NFL 17? From your Main Menu, select "Ultimate Team" and then scroll to the far right and check your "Unopened Packs" box. If there's nothing there, try editing your roster or playing
a game and checking again. In theory forcing the server to resync should make your in-game content pop.

Don't worry... pro packs are trash anyways

When did you buy it? It might have been only for the beginning of the NFL season. Also, if you switched consoles after you bought it, the remaining packs won't transfer over. Hope that helps!
