Madden nfl 19 EA access

I have EA access and I am trying to play Madden nfl 19 with my 10 hour trial. I played yesterday for one hour and under the game hub for Xbox it even says I only have one hour of time played. However, when I try to play now I get the message “you’re too
early. We know you really want to get started, but you’ll have to wait a bit longer. Check Microsoft store for the launch date.”. This means it is saying I used my 10 hours of the trial but I was sure to quit the game when I was done so this would not happen.
I contacted EA access and they said they couldn’t do anything. This is frustrating because the reason i bought EA access was to play madden early. There should be a solution for this issue.

When you finished playing did you fully quit the game (by highlighting the game on the dashboard, pressing the menu button, and choosing quit)? I know in the past if you didn't fully quit the game, the time continues to run even though you're not actively
playing so it'll run out in the 10 hours.

I can't find the 25 character code. In the description of what we bought it said the following:

Xbox One EA Sports Madden NFL 16 Bundle, featuring a 1TB hard drive, a full-game download of Madden NFL 16, and one year of EA Access.

I took this as meaning a free download. Maybe that's not the case?

your EA Access code by September 9, 2016. You can redeem the code on your console or at xbox.com/redeemcode.
