    Madden NFL 17 EA Access Issues


    Hey everybody,

    I have an active EA Access subscription and wanted to download the NFL17 demo. After downloading and starting I got the error message that I need an EA access subscription, although I have one. Other games that I play with EA Access work fine. Only this
    demo. Is there any solution? BTW I participate in the Xbox one Preview Programm.

    Hi! doing basic troubleshooting steps like that of removing the profile and hard reset usually works -not for all players though as there is a current service alert at the moment for the said game as verified by Xbox customer support. Hope this helps!

    Hey guys.

    After I recieved an update from Xbox, which was the latest preview build, the game started without any issues. Don't know if this is the fix or something else happend. But thank you for your help.
