    Madden NFL 16 Deluxe : Season Edition - MUT Bonus Packs


    Hello,

    I downloaded Madden NFL 16 Deluxe Season Edition yesterday morning in the Xbox One Live Store. Game downloaded and installed fine, but it is supposed to be accompanied by at least 22 free Madden Ultimate Team packs. I did not receive a code for these,
    there isn't a queued install, and they are not in my "unopened packs" list.

    These packs are the only difference in cost from buying the standard version...can someone please help me obtain these?!

    Madden NFL 16 Deluxe : Season Edition , Bonus packs not given.

    If I remember correctly, I read that the packs aren't retroactive and must be opened the week they come out ( you get something like two packs a week for so many weeks). If you forget to open the pack that week, you are out of luck. That's why I never bothered
    with the Madden Deluxe, I figured I would have missed out on most of the pro team packs by now.

    Likewise, I am having the exact same issue. Purchased the deluxe edition on the 21st and as of today still have not received the packs. Please let me know if you can get the packs or whom you have contacted to get this issue resolved.
