Madden Digital Bundle pre-order...How do i get my free card packs?

I pre-ordered the madden digital bundle which said that we get the pre-order bonus of card packs each week....will they just show up in game or will we get a code that needs to be entered somewhere?

Hello,

The pre-order bundle was suppose to email you Doom 1 and 2 codes if you did the pre-order bundle. I did the bundle and have yet to get my codes for the games.

How do I get these codes?

if you pre order through the Microsoft store, you get a $10 MS card plus a player patch, rectile and calling card, plus free fall. But thats pre ordering disc. id do digital on launch day if i Get the $10.......
