Madden and Xbox one frustration

Hello,

I am very frustrated with the inability to connect with friends in the franchise mode of Madden 15. I am even more frustrated by this site that requires fields when asking for support yet does not allow you to reach those fields. Such as entering your
name when trying to get phone support and online chat support. Would making it easy to access support be a possibility? I am paying to much money to be wasting time jumping through hoops on things that should be there when I pay $450 for your console, $50
for your game, and $60 a year for online access that has been nothing but a hassle.

Confused About Game Types

Hi Guys,

I'm having a bit of a frustration with Madden 15. I'm simply just trying to play Madden, you know pre-season to regular season to superbowl hopefully. I only see play now, franchise mode or online. Franchise mode, I have to sim plays, no option to play
offense and defense. Please help!

Thank you. While playing in franchise mode on Madden 15, 29 times out of 30 while attempting to connect to play head to head the message "game session is no longer available" comes up after both players join. Why is that.
