    Madden 26 EA Play 10 hour trial not working


    Not sure if this is an issue with just Alpha but I cannot get past the “Thank you for trying out Madden NFL 26. Your signed in account requires an active EA Play subscription. Please purchase EA Play and try again.” screen. I have the $30 ultimate subscription. Cleared cache, tried everything except unenrolling in Alpha.

    I pre-ordered Madden 20 and also have a EA Access membership but still cannot get access to my 10-hour trial of Madden 20.

    Is the full game for Madden available in the "EA Access Trial"? My understanding was that only a "trial" was available currently with EA Access and the "trial" versions of Madden normally don't pop achievements until the full game is part of EA Acces

    EA Access

    If a game is in the EA Access vault then I believe game sharing works fine with it, however, game sharing does not apply to the 10 hour trial versions of games on EA Access. Those can only be played by the account holder.

    why cant i get fc24 i tried over a dozen times and i have game pass ultimate

    because the game is not part of Game Pass, there's a 10 hour trial available with EA play

    Are you on PC or Xbox? If you're on PC you need to download the EA app and connect your accounts to access the trial
