    Madden 25 XBOX ONE


    It seems when I play one of my boys in Madden there is always a disconnect. My NATS is open and his is too. When I first got my XBOX One I did not have this problem with disconnects. What's really frustrating when the game disconnects it rebots the game.
    Its that I only have this problem when I play him. Now we did not have this problem on the 360. And he does not have a problem playing anyone else.

    Does anyone have an solution for this problem.

    I'm having the same problem with a code for Madden 25 that was apre-order bonus from gamestop and I entered it on xbox.com and there was nothing that got installed on my Xbox One. I tried to look for it in the store and there's nothing called the "Ultimate
    Pro Pack" in fact madden 25 has no add-ons currently. So what gives, any one else have Madden 25 that pre-ordered and got the bonus pack only to find it's not on their console?

    I had the same problem. I spent 3 hours on the phone with support and nothing worked. I purchased the game on pre order and picked it up day one with the new Xbox one. Just guessing there was a problem with the madden 25 cd I went and exchanged it for another
    madden 25. And it works great. I think it is a problem with the first rollout of the Xbox one madden game. Give this a try because nothing else worked. Make sure you uninstall the original game and re install the new game.
