    Madden 25 problems on Xbox One


    I have 2 issues.

    1) There seems to be very few people ever playing (10-20) which i can't believe is possible. Whether it is day, night or weekend.

    2) When I go online it locks up at least half the time. The screen freezes and I have to go to the desktop, go into a different game and then back into Madden.

    Any help is appreciated.

    XBOX One Release Day Games-Price Comparison Spreadsheet in here.

    Its definitely a possibility as its over £15 and they are not a customs friendly company.

    1. Where are you seeing the total number of players playing?
    2. When the game freezes, do you see any error codes or error messages?
    3. When the game doesn't freeze, does it behave normally and allow you to find/play games without any issues?

    I have a similar issue. Whenever I go to download a roster update or try to go online with Madden 25, the game essentially freezes. There are no error codes. I believe it always happens when a dialog box comes up and I am asked to select an option and
    press "A". The controller does not do anything at that point and I cannot select any option. I can go home by pressing the Xbox button, but the game is not playable again until it is shut down completely.

    I have an issue of freezing. It occurs randomly, from anywhere to right after finishing a game during franchise mode, or while I'm searching through rosters during free agency. I already exchanged one copy of the game for another, do I need to contact microsoft
    about getting a new xbox?

    I started a connected franchise and made it to the Super Bowl but when accepting my uniform and playbook the game starts to load but locks up while the Madden 25 logo is circling. Has anyone had this same issue? This is on Xbox One.

    Ever time I try to play a online game it freezes and won respond to any buttons I press except for when I press the Xbox home button

    I'm having the same problem with a code for Madden 25 that was apre-order bonus from gamestop and I entered it on xbox.com and there was nothing that got installed on my Xbox One. I tried to look for it in the store and there's nothing called the "Ultimate
    Pro Pack" in fact madden 25 has no add-ons currently. So what gives, any one else have Madden 25 that pre-ordered and got the bonus pack only to find it's not on their console?

    I had the same problem. I spent 3 hours on the phone with support and nothing worked. I purchased the game on pre order and picked it up day one with the new Xbox one. Just guessing there was a problem with the madden 25 cd I went and exchanged it for another
    madden 25. And it works great. I think it is a problem with the first rollout of the Xbox one madden game. Give this a try because nothing else worked. Make sure you uninstall the original game and re install the new game.
