    Madden 25 error message


    Hi there. I own an Xbox 360 Slim and Madden 25. However, when I attempt to click on "Download Community Files" I receive the message, "An Xbox LIVE Membership limitation does not allow you to use this feature. I currently have an XBox LIVE Gold membership
    that is active and my XBox is connected to the internet correctly. I tried the 'hack' posted on this forum of resetting the date while the modem was offline and I'm still getting this error message. I also don't feel like I should have to 'hack' my XBox just
    to use a feature of a game that is supposed to be available to everyone. I think I may need to switch to a Playstation if this can't be resolved.

    An Xbox Live Membership limitation does not allow you at access this feature

    I keep getting this error message whenever I try to go online on Madden 25 (Xbox one.) I am a gold member. Please help!

    What flash drive is best suited for an Xbox 360 S?

    I just baught a 32gb SanDisk Cruzer Glide and I got the performance error message but I just downloaded Madden 25 and I've had no problems at all so far. Keeping my fingers crossed!

    Could be a glitch with EA's servers.... This shouldn't have anything to do with your Internet.

    I've tried most of everything you can, the only clear solution is for Xbox to recall the update; I've read forum upon forum of people getting ticked about this very problem, and the game runs smoothly without the update installed.

    There are two other options you can try. Clear your cache and redownload your profile or remove the hard drive itself and see if that still poses an issue.

    Hey aW,

    Sorry to hear you're having issues with Madden.

    It does indeed look like this is a Known Issue and
    EA says the have a fix in the works    . It doesn't look like that have an eta on that just yet.

    However, I was also able to find this
    possible workaround     on their forums but I can't vouch for it.
