Madden 25 crashing problems.

I have recently have been having trouble playing friends on Madden 25 on the Xbox One. When I am on Madden and receive an invite to an Ultimate Team game or an normal Head to Head Game, I'll accept the invite and my game will immediately crash as well as
all the other members in the Xbox One Party. I've tried many things, like uninstalling the game & re-installing it, holding the Xbox power button for 10 seconds, contacted Microsoft and EA, I've also tested my connection, everything seems to be running fine,
I don't think it can be the disc because it's happening to everyone in my Xbox Party. Is there anymore things that I could do that may help the problem? This is the only game that the crashing occurs on for all of us.

Madden 25 Freezes

Madden 25 is stuck at the resuming franchise screen. I had problems loading it also.

More Madden 25 Problems...

uninstall everything.... make sure to remove all recent patch.

when you reinstall close the network to be offline once is installed

put back the wifi or network cable in it.

its nothing wrong with you its the servers fault i have looked into this problem and i have it myself but in my investigation in only seems to happens in ea games like madden and fifa hopefully they will fix these issues in the first title update

Same problem here with FIFA 14... everytime someone enters the party the game crash to the home dashboard

My madden 15 crashes back to continue franchise after I have just completed a game. 350 dollars for a system that makes me play the same game twice. lose all my stats and chance losing the game by playing again. If I sim it because I don' want to play it
over again, than have the team ends up injured. after 26 years of making a game and using a 350 dollar system, this is ***!!!!

I have noticed the problem occurs mostly within Offline Franchise Mode and seems to be during times of heavy RAM usage.

Example 1: During Free Agency, when you to to the main free agency screen, and there are lots of logos of other teams bidding on players, the game will lock up.

Example 2: During the Draft, when you try to switch between Scouted and different positions it will randomly lock up.

I have never had an issue during the playing the game, just during these times.
