Madden 25 Crashes

Its happening to me you cannot play madden 25 on xbox one the game crashes when you try to play it an you don't hear no nothing from Microsoft or ea sports

Same here, have never been able to load and play anything in Madden. EA suggested I exchange my copy, I did and nothing changed. Have tried factory reset, reinstalling, reinstalling offline, deleting profile, pretty much everything :\

Hard boot console.

Hold the power button on the console for ~10 seconds. And then turn the console back on.

Also try re-installing the game.

If that won't work go with the reset to factory defaults.

I have noticed the problem occurs mostly within Offline Franchise Mode and seems to be during times of heavy RAM usage.

Example 1: During Free Agency, when you to to the main free agency screen, and there are lots of logos of other teams bidding on players, the game will lock up.

Example 2: During the Draft, when you try to switch between Scouted and different positions it will randomly lock up.

I have never had an issue during the playing the game, just during these times.

this started randomly but now every time i try to play with my friends on the connected franchise it sends us and anyone in the party to the home screen if we are on madden. i went and replaced my console and still no improvement...

Same problem here. F*n ridiculous. Game constantly crashed when I finish a connected franchise game and try to move onto the main connected franchise menu. So the last game is now lost and I have to go out to the Xbox one menu and reboot. Complete waste
of time and even worse, a waste of money. If this doesn't get resolved soon this console will be returned, not that MS would care.

I miss the days of console games 'just working'. I don't remember these issues with NES, Genesis, etc.. If I wanted to play buggy games I'd stick with PC gaming. At least they have an excuse of designing to a multitude of configurations...no such excuse

Yep same damn thing happens to me in COD Ghosts. After $700 spent.. Ridiculous!!

I'm having the same issue. I play the connected career offline and it randomly shuts down Madden 25 and kicks me back to the Xbox One Home screen. I will be contacting MS this weekend. I already had to have them send me a new console due to the disc drive
not reading the disc.
