madden 24 game share bug

so me and my dad game share madden 24 and it has been working fine until we both playing at the same time in different houses. and it says that someone is on the gamer profile and we can’t play. someone please help this has never happen

Game sharing outside your physical household is not permitted, and many games restrict you to one user at a time even if you are there. This is because you've purchased a single license to the game, same as if you were using a disc or a cartridge.

Madden 24 is not part of Game Pass at this time

I'm having the same issue and my son and I have gamepass ultimate. Not sure what the problem is.
