Madden 24 community files

Thank you for posting in the Microsoft Community.

I can see that you are having issues with Madden 24, here are some steps we can take to try and fix the issue

- Make sure your console is connected to the internet and has the latest system update.

- Restart your console by holding the Xbox button on the controller and selecting Restart console.

- Clear your local saved games by going to Settings > System > Storage > Clear local saved games. This will not delete any of your cloud saves, but it may take some time to sync them again.

- Launch Madden 24 and go to Customize > Share & Manage Files > Download Community Files. Wait for the files to load and then select the ones you want to download.

- If the files still do not load, you may need to reinstall Madden 24. To do this, go to My games & apps > See all > Games > Madden 24 > Manage game and add-ons > Uninstall all. Then, go to the Microsoft Store and download Madden 24 again.

This happens every year, all year long. It'll work for a week and then not for 3. This is bs

None of what you told us to do worked. I paid good money for this game and I'd love to be able to use all of the features we were promised to get. Not good EA... NOT GOOD.
