Madden 22 xbox series x crashes whenever there’s a game in the update que

My madden 22 for Xbox series X has been crashing a lot recently and I figured out it crashes whenever there is a game sitting in the updates tab. Why does this happen and is their a way to fix it? I haven’t fully tested it but no other game really crashes for me besides Madden but Maddens the main game I play and the other games I play are typically Xbox one games rather than next gen games. Thank you.

Open the panel by pressing the Xbox button in the center of the controller.

Scroll right on the panel to the System area.

Select Settings.

Select Network.

Select Network Settings.

Select NAT Test Type.

Tell me what appears on this test, please.

Alright, let's try this here then

Press and hold the power button on your Xbox for 10 seconds, wait for it to turn off. Unplug it. Now wait 1 minute before turning it on.

Configuration>Network>Advanced Settings>DNS Settings>Manual>Primary 1.1.1.1 and Secondary 1.0.0.1

And then try to get into the game, see if it will close by itself.

Had this same issue, cant finish a game or even the 1st quarter without crashing. Sometimes it even turns off my whole xbox lmao. Series X.. Tried every possible solution, then had the game refunded since it was unplayable. Just downloaded Madden 23 since its on game pass and it crashes too LOL
