Madden 20 not loading

So I have been playing Madden since it came out but ever since this last update in late March, I can't play at all. Every time I put in Madden and it pops up on my home screen, I click on it and nothing. So I uninstalled it and took the game out. But now
that I inserted it, everytime I click on the game on my home screen to install it nothing happens. So I go to my games and apps and boom it's there already downloaded even though I just uninstalled it. But when I click on it in the my games and apps, it says
you need to install this game or app for this and to make sure you're signed into Xbox Live and look for it in the Microsoft store. But when I click search from that little message it just gave me and it brings me to Madden 20 in the store, I click install
like it says and nothing...... it just freezes until I move it away from install then it continues to play the little trailer of the game. I've tried literally everything from hard restarting my console and unplugging it for 5 minutes, to try and downloading
it with out internet but when I try it just says you need to sign into your xbox live account whenever I already am. Someone please help!
