    So my 83 year old grandma (with the best intentions) bought my 10 year old son an amazing birthday gift in the form of 3- Madden 20 Points Gift Cards BUT he only has Madden 21!! He is going crazy holding this gold in his hands unable to use them! She bought
    them at Target and understandably, they can't issue a refund or return because someone can just redeem the code then return the cards...

    The codes are on the actual Target receipt and I have not redeemed them (because he doesn't have that game). So what are my options? This is $60 worth of Madden Points and Xbox/Microsoft/EA gets the same amount of money either way. I just can't seem to get
    an answer. I've been on hold all morning and have used the chat feature. I've either got disconnected while the support reps ask their manager, or told that the question will be sent to a manager and that I will receive an email shortly (but I get an instant
    email saying there's nothing they can do because you can't transfer gift cards from game to game).

    I'll take anything I can get as little man is heartbroken. It can't be too hard to take my gift card codes and credit his Madden 21 account. Again, it's the exact same thing, everyone gets what they paid for, nobody is losing any money. HELP!!

    Please put madden 20 back on xcloud or mobile device game pass or put madden 21 on there. My whole family is a big fan of madden and they love this new mobile device on gamepass...... thank you and we really appreciate Xbox

    Smwutches fyi that link only applies to Madden 21 not 20 lol and it expired in august when Madden 22 came out

    Dual.entitlement only applies ro FIFA 21 and newer and expires when the next year titles comes out

    I m schizophrenic and bipolar. I spent $500 on madden 20 and $300 on madden 22 MUT. I thought it was madden 22 not madden 20 hence why I spent so much on a 4 year old game. It wasn’t fraud. I paid for it. And I didn’t realize it was madden 20 until after I made the purchases. All I am asking for is a refund on my madden points if you can somehow transfer the points that I spent on madden 20 and put them in my madden 22 account, since they cost the exact same and I don’t play madden 20. I spent 60,000 points on madden 20 within the last 3 weeks but I haven’t even played a single game since I found out it was released in 2019.

    I click buy points and nothing responds. I can’t even press a to buy the points. Thats the error I’m having. When I try to buy points just nothing happens.
