Madden 20 disconnecting at start of the game.

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely.
Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

You might also try uninstalling/reinstalling the game.

You will need to contact Madden's support group to see if they can/will alter your win/loss record. However, I don't think they will be able to do that.

I m schizophrenic and bipolar. I spent $500 on madden 20 and $300 on madden 22 MUT. I thought it was madden 22 not madden 20 hence why I spent so much on a 4 year old game. It wasn’t fraud. I paid for it. And I didn’t realize it was madden 20 until after I made the purchases. All I am asking for is a refund on my madden points if you can somehow transfer the points that I spent on madden 20 and put them in my madden 22 account, since they cost the exact same and I don’t play madden 20. I spent 60,000 points on madden 20 within the last 3 weeks but I haven’t even played a single game since I found out it was released in 2019.

I click buy points and nothing responds. I can’t even press a to buy the points. Thats the error I’m having. When I try to buy points just nothing happens.

I pre-ordered Madden 20 and also have a EA Access membership but still cannot get access to my 10-hour trial of Madden 20.

Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. First thing you should try out would be a power cycle on your console. This will refresh and clear the cache of your console. Follow the steps here :

How to restart or power cycle your Xbox One console

If the issue persists after a power cycle, I recommend performing a

soft factory reset. This will reset the operating system and delete all potentially corrupted data without deleting your games or apps.
You will have to re-sign into your account, so make sure you know the email and password before performing this step. This will also reset the home Xbox settings.

Please note that if you are part of the preview program, you should

report this issue through the insider hub, as well as to the

insider reddit instead of doing the factory reset.

If you’re ready to reset your console to the factory default settings, follow these steps:

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
2. Select System > Settings > System > Console info.
3. Select Reset console.
4. On the Reset your console? screen, select reset and keep my games and apps

The trial actually released yesterday. Played it and got a message from Xbox Live. Just follow the solution already posted, but the trial is indeed already out
