Madden 20 crashes Xbox

Hello everyone. Wondering if anyone else has has problem’s with madden 20. For some reason, it works for like 20 minuets and then it will start to freeze up and eventually crash. Won’t work again unless i restart the entire system. I’ve tried uninstalling
then reinstalling, deleting all files from cloud and system, even resetting the OS on the xbox. Problem continues. I’m in the Xbox preview program alpha skip ahead, so i hope that’s not contributing. Any troubleshoot would be great.

I pre-ordered Madden 20 and also have a EA Access membership but still cannot get access to my 10-hour trial of Madden 20.

Hello Aaron,

Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. First thing you should try out would be a power cycle on your console. This will refresh and clear the cache of your console. Follow the steps here :

How to restart or power cycle your Xbox One console

If the issue persists after a power cycle, I recommend performing a

soft factory reset. This will reset the operating system and delete all potentially corrupted data without deleting your games or apps.
You will have to re-sign into your account, so make sure you know the email and password before performing this step. This will also reset the home Xbox settings.

Please note that if you are part of the preview program, you should

report this issue through the insider hub, as well as to the

insider reddit instead of doing the factory reset.

If you’re ready to reset your console to the factory default settings, follow these steps:

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
Select System > Settings > System > Console info.
Select Reset console.
On the Reset your console? screen, select reset and keep my games and apps

on the EA Access site Madden 20 is still listed as coming soon for the trial, it doesn't say when it will be available

The trial actually released yesterday. Played it and got a message from Xbox Live. Just follow the solution already posted, but the trial is indeed already out
