Madden 19 Trial With EA Access

As it is posted in the xbox service status. The Madden 19 trial does not work at this time.

I am very upset as this is the main reason I have the EA Access.

I am most concerned with the fact that it has been a known issue since 8/1/18 and there has not been any updates since...

Further more your website is advertising that you can play madden19 first which is a total lie at this time....

Microsoft you owe the Madden fanbase something for this mess!!!

Achievements not unlocking

I have achievements that are failing to unlock in a number of games, most notably Graveyard Keeper and the EA Access trial of Madden 19. Please advise

 

madden 19 not recognising my ea access

my ea access trial of madden 19 is not working. As soon as it loads the game it tells me i need a active ea access subscription when i already do.

Unfortunately there is no further update other than what is listed on the status alert page. You can try reaching out to EA support to see if they have any updates.

 

Absolutely no update in the past 4 days? So the fact that paying customers cannot properly use the products they've purchased just isnt a priority to Microsoft? EA support. They say that it is a server issue with Microsoft, Microsoft says you should try
to contact EA support. Just giving people the run around

 

There is a thread on ea support page for this. I cNt find the exact page again but a memeber of EA went in and told everybody there is nothing EA can do because Microsoft controls the app (thus whether or not we can use the trial) by contract and must
