madden 19 not recognising my ea access

hi

my ea access trial of madden 19 is not working. As soon as it loads the game it tells me i need a active ea access subscription when i already do.

hey,

like many other people I do experience an issue with the trial version of Madden 19 on XBox One. The game states that i dont have an EA Access subscription which is not true. I am a subscriber to EA Access from the beginning.

Since there is no update on the status page since August 1st I just wanted to ask if you see a chance that the trial will start b4 the game realeases on Friday.

Hi. I saw a post on twitter showing that EA had some issues with the trial version on EA Access but it should be solved now

 

Im still having the same problem

 

Same issue here. Talked to EA support, rebooted console, loggedin/out, uninstalled and reinstalled the game and EA access app. Nothing changes. Still the same message.

im extremely upset. three days. no update. no help from calling and chatting with support. send an update or something but spending 80 on game plus ea access for ten hours that i cant even access. come on xbox

 

Yeah, i'm having the same issue. EA Help had me restarting the game, deleting the game and re downloading it, clearing my MAC address, deleting and re downloading the App, so on and so on. they had me doing it so many times, I have lost an hour on the
trial. smh and it's only madden 19, I can play all the other trials on access

 

yeah idk prolly just going to have to wait until it comes out on monday. on xbox assist it says the game is having issues for two days. sad

 

Yeeeaaahh, only thing that sucks is, you get an elite MUT pack as a reward for playing the trial, and that's all i play. wish i could have been able to snag that

 

Its funny cause ea and microsoft havent said **** about the problem. No updates, not even an acknowledgement that rhere is a problem. For all anyone knows theyre doing nothing. Its been 3 days with no change. Its almost as if they really dont care. Im
half tempted to get my money back for this month of ea access since i only got it for the madden trial.

 

Yea it is frustrating not even acknowefging the issue is making it much worse

 

I've downloaded and installed the new update for Madden 19 and nothing has changed. Same issue. Spoke with both EA support and Xbox.Nothing they suggested worked. No response since the 2nd when I contacted them.
